T&H Bingo working toward reopening

16 May 2020

T&H Bingo is currently working on the necessary requirements to reopen. No reopen date has been determined and below are regulations that the Alaska property is aiming for.

"T&H Bingo is currently working on several tasks that are required in the Governor's Phase 2 re-opening plan regarding bingo halls.

We are changing up our seating arrangements, installing Plexiglass partitions at our bingo and pull tab sales counters,
developing our mitigation plan and signage among other items needed to be compliant with the state re-opening plan. All of these items are efforts meant to keep our players/staff safe.

Key things to know at this time:

We may only permit 25% of our building capacity in the hall during this phase. This for us, is 70-72 players.

We are required to take reservations to play; no walk-in's.

Players must be screened for fever/COVID-19 symptoms prior to playing bingo. If a player in the prior 14 days has any COVID-19 symptoms, or has been in close contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19, they will not be allowed to play. If a player within three days prior to date of play has a fever (>100.4 F), they will not be allowed to play.

Players are strongly encouraged to wear masks/cloth face coverings during the bingo session.

A meeting is planned on Monday, May 18th, to assess our progress/readiness to safely open. We will post our re-opening date at the conclusion of this meeting on our Facebook page and try to get the word out as best as we can."
