AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australia News.com: "Suspected underworld heavyweights will be banned from Victorian racetracks under legislation before state Parliament.

"The law will give police Chief Commissioner Christine Nixon the power to ban suspected crime figures from Victorian race meetings.

"Ms Nixon already has the power to ban alleged criminals from Crown Casino and the new law will extend that power to the entire Crown complex…"
