Suspect snatches winner lottery ticket out of winner's hands

"...Patsey Jean Harris picked up winning lottery tickets at the convenience store across the street from work. On her third ticket she hit it big, a whopping and unexpected $500.

"Just about everyone in the store was watching, including these three women standing behind her. One in the white shirt even asked her a question about the kind of ticket she bought. Sheriff's officials say she had a more nefarious plan in mind, which she clearly carried out. She snatched Harris' ticket and then took off running.
