Sun Intl closes Chile casino after quake3 March 2010JOHANNESBURG -- Sun International's Montecello Casino was damaged in the earthquake in Chile and has been closed, Reuters reported. The damages will be covered by insurance, but the company will be required to pay $8 million, according to the Reuters report. Chile was struck by an 8.8 magnitude earthquake last Saturday which killed 700 people, the report noted. |
