SugarHouse Casino releases May event schedule2 May 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- Stars of the Emmy-nominated comedy series Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood, bring their improvisational comedy to the SugarHouse Casino Event Center on Saturday, 13 May at 9 p.m. The Scared Scriptless Tour is one of the many events and promotions taking place at Philly's casino this May. Gaming Promotion $50,000 Red, White and Blue Giveaway: To celebrate Memorial Day weekend, guests have a chance to win a new car. On 27-29 May, guests can stop by Rush Rewards from 2—10 p.m. to receive a red, white and blue scratch piece for a chance to win one of the brand-new 2017 cars. Saturday's top prize is a 2017 Ford Focus, Sunday's top prize is a 2017 Chevy Cruz and Monday's top prize is a 2017 Dodge Charger. If the car isn't won with a scratch piece, all eligible participants will be automatically entered into a drawing for the car at 10:30 p.m. If the car is revealed between 2-10 p.m., the 10:30 p.m. drawing will be for $5,000 cash. Guests must be present to win. Events & Entertainment Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood: Improvisational comedy comes to The Event Center stage when Whose Line Is It Anyway? stars, Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood, perform their Scared Scriptless Tour on Saturday, 13 May at 9 p.m. Tickets for the performance cost $59. Philadelphia Taco Festival: On Saturday, 13 May, SugarHouse will host the first-ever Philadelphia Taco Festival from 12:30—6 p.m. More than 30 of the area's best restaurants and food purveyors will showcase a variety of tacos. Other festival features include a tequila expo tent, margarita beach bar, kids' fun zone, live entertainment, featured cooking demonstration and eating contests. General admission tickets are $9.99 and allow entry at 12:30 p.m. VIP tickets cost $69.99, allow entry at 11 a.m. and include a two hour open bar and access to the VIP tent. KP Boxing News Conference: The KP Boxing news conference will take place on Tuesday, 9 May from 5 p.m.—6:30 p.m. in the north entrance lobby. KP Boxing Fight Night: The KP Boxing fight night will take place on Friday, 12 May from 7—11 p.m. in The Event Center.
