Stratosphere to celebrate Independence Day with fireworks and locals’ perks

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower’s iconic, 1,149-foot-tower will light up the Las Vegas Strip this Independence Day with a fireworks display to celebrate America’s birthday. Plus, Stratosphere will offer Fourth of July perks for locals, available exclusively on Wednesday, 4 July.

Visible throughout the Las Vegas Valley, the fireworks display will begin at 9:15 p.m. A viewing party will be held at Elation rooftop pool offering guests an up-close experience to the fireworks, with doors opening at 8 p.m. Earlier in the day, from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., locals with Nevada ID will receive free observation tower admission, a $25 per person value, and buy-one-get-one free admission to Crafted Buffet.

The Stratosphere Tower, the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States, offers the highest view of the Las Vegas Strip and four exhilarating thrill rides and attractions: SkyJump Las Vegas, Big Shot, X-Scream and Insanity. The Tower is also home to award-winning restaurant, Top of the World, open for lunch and dinner and famous for its 360-degree rotating dining room.

Stratosphere also offers $5 in free slot play with any new membership to Stratosphere’s casino rewards program, ace | PLAY, available to guests 21 and over. Free valet and self-parking is available anytime for locals and visitors, as well as complimentary observation tower admission for hotel guests.
