Station Square Gaming files petition

PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania –- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Station Square Gaming filed a petition today with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court relative to the award of the Category 2 gaming license in Pittsburgh. This petition was filed under the provision of Act 71.

Station Square reaffirms its application for licensure and its commitment to fulfill all of its obligations, including its commitment to contribute $7.5 million per year for a new arena in Pittsburgh.

The matter has now moved to the Supreme Court. While those legal proceedings are underway, we are obliged not to comment on them. Station Square Gaming will have no further comment.
