State Assembly may offer struggling OTB a lifeline7 April 2010ALBANY, New York -- As has been expected the OTB are threatening pink slips and a shut down this Sunday if they is no assistance from the Assembly, the New York Daily News reports. The Assembly has responded with a plan that will reduce costs by cutting pay and payouts to the racing industry, New York Daily News reported. The response is seen as a 12 month bailout plan, until a better solution emerges, The New York Daily News report said. |
