Star Entertainment Buys Sneakers

LAS VEGAS -- Star Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC BB: STRE) has completed its purchase of Sneakers All American Bar and Restaurant, which is located on East Tropicana Blvd. in Las Vegas.

Sneakers has been in business for more than 12 years and has been voted the number-one sports bar and restaurant in Las Vegas several times. The 4,900 square facility, with video poker and slot machines, a large bar and restaurant seating for 170, will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and will be open 24/7.

Star Entertainment Group, Inc. is in the business of developing, owning and operating family entertainment centers and casino gaming facilities. It's presently in negotiations on several other facilities consisting of family entertainment and full casino gaming in other parts of the United States. Sneakers is the company's first gaming facility. It also plans to purchase several other slot bar/restaurants in Las Vegas.
