Spectre Gaming Signs Deal with California Casinos

EL CAJON, California – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Spectre Gaming, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SGMG) announced today that it has signed agreements to install its unique mechanical "multi-reel" games into Cher-Ae Heights Bingo and Casino and River Rock Casino located in Northern California.

Russell Mix, CEO of Spectre Gaming stated, "Demand continues to grow for our unique mechanical multi-reel games in California. In parallel with the installations, we continue to obtain licenses with each individual tribe which will allow us to further our expansion in the California marketplace. Our sales, compliance and installation teams are doing an outstanding job and I am pleased with their results."

Mix went on to say, "Spectre recently completed a $4.5 million private placement and we will use this capital to continue the expansion of the Company's infrastructure and to acquire additional inventory. To that end, we have recently hired Braun Martin as our Chief Technology Officer and Chris Berk as our Controller and have added a satellite office in Sacramento, California. Mr. Martin has a diverse background including application design work for the gaming industry, architecting distributed database systems for Oracle Corporation, and consulting for Fortune 500 companies for Avcom Technology. Mr. Berk began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Las Vegas where he obtained his CPA certification and experience in many aspects of the gaming industry. His most recent experience was working for a 911 software and hardware provider."
