Madrid is competing with Barcelona to acquire the complex, the report said. With high unemployment at present in Spain, both cities are in competitive mode to win the EuroVegas opportunity for their citizens, the Guardian said. The decision of where the resort will be built is due to be announced in September, the report made note. |
