Southern Gaming Magazine gets in the cooking spirit28 June 2011(PRESS RELEASE) -- If you love food, cooking and a really good time, you owe it to yourself to vote right now in Southern Gaming Magazine’s online recipe contest showcasing the creations of 15 of the Gulf Coast’s premier casino chefs. The top four chefs, as determined by your ballots, will compete live, “iron-chef” style, on Saturday, September 24 at the Grand Champion Cook-off Event presented by Four Roses Bourbon, which will be the marquee event of the 29th Annual Chefs of the Coast Festival weekend at the Gulf Coast Convention Center in Biloxi, Miss., September 23-25, 2011. And here’s the best part: When you vote for your favorite recipes at www.southerngaming.com/cookoff you’ll be automatically eligible to win one of several VIP culinary weekend packages that include tickets to the cook-off and related events, a two-night stay at a premier Gulf Coast casino, a $100 gas card and more.
