South Point Las Vegas releases June events schedule27 May 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- South Point Hotel Casino and Spa is offering up some seriously exciting gaming promotions for the month of June. Guests can take advantage of gas cards, slot tournaments and a daily bounty tournament. Pump & Pantry Throughout June, South Point Hotel will offer Casino Club Card holders the chance to earn a $50 Chevron Gas Card or $50 Smith's Food and Drug Gift Card by redeeming $25 or 8,333 base points on South Point slot machines. To receive a gift card, players must earn points from Thursday, 1 June to Friday, 30 June and present a Casino Club Card and valid ID at the Casino Club booth. All points must be redeemed by Monday, 3 July. Casino Club Card holders are limited to earning 10 total Chevron Gas and Smith's Food and Drug gift cards throughout the month. South Point Seniors 50+ Slot Tournament South Point Casino Club Card players age 50 and older have the opportunity to participate in a Seniors 50+ Slot Tournament every Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Casino Card holders will receive a free tournament entry when they earn 50 base points on South Point slots, video poker or video reel machines. Participants may receive up to two additional entries into the slot tournament for every additional 250 points earned on participating machines. The slot tournament will give away $5,200 in cash and free play prizes each week, including a $1,500 cash prize to the first place winner. Entries will be redeemed when players swipe their Club Card at any Club kiosk. Bounty Tournaments Money Added Morning Sessions Beginning Monday, 5 June, the South Point Poker Room now offers Money Added Morning sessions for Bounty tournaments Monday through Thursday, with $5 bounties starting at 10 a.m. Poker players can join the morning sessions with a $60 buy-in that includes $5,000 in tournament chips. Unlimited re-entry until the first break. No-Limit Texas Hold'em Daily Bounty Tournament South Point Casino hosts daily no-limit Texas Hold'em Bounty tournaments every Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m., 2 and 7 p.m.; every Wednesday at 2 p.m.; and Sunday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Casino players have the opportunity to participate in each Bounty tournament for a $60 buy-in that includes $4,500 in tournament chips. Unlimited re-entry until the first break. No-Limit Texas Hold'em Deepstack Tournament South Point Casino features a no-limit Texas Hold'em Deepstack tournament every Wednesday and Sunday at 6 p.m. The tournament's $100 buy-in includes $7,500 in tournament chips.
