SLS Las Vegas to ring in 2017 with exclusive dining options13 December 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- On Saturday, 31 December, SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino celebrates New Year's Eve with special nightlife festivities at Foxtail Nightclub and The Foundry, as well as world-class culinary offerings at its three signature restaurants -- Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, Katsuya and Cleo. Additionally, guests who book a two-night stay will receive a $50 food and beverage credit to any of SLS' renowned restaurants and either two tickets to Cheap Trick at The Foundry or two wristbands to Foxtail Nightclub's celebration, which includes open bar from 8 p.m.–midnight. New Year's Eve dining specials available on Saturday, 31 December include: Bazaar Meat by José Andrés Tasting menus: $185 or $275 per person Reservations are available from 5:30 to 11 p.m. James Beard Award-winning chef José Andrés introduces two New Year's Eve tasting menus featuring Bazaar Meat's innovative and playful cuisine. For $185, guests can feast on classics including cotton candy foie gras, smoke and ice fresh oysters, Rosewood rib eye and Robuchon potatoes. Those looking to upgrade their experience can choose from signature dishes such as the suckling pig, bluefin tuna belly airbread sandwich, A5 Wagyu rib eye, morcilla with uni and more for $275. The regular menu is also available, along with cocktail and champagne specials. Katsuya Five-course tasting menu: $125 per person Reservations are available from 6 to 11 p.m. Known for its innovative take on authentic Japanese cuisine, Katsuya offers diners a five-course menu featuring dishes specially created for the night—omakase sashimi (chef's choice of the premium selections of the day), grilled king crab with uni butter, miso-marinated Chilean sea bass with Kakuni-style Kurobuta pork belly, A5 Wagyu beef with foie gras and a choice of dessert. The regular menu is also available, along with cocktail and champagne specials. Cleo Prix-fixe menu: $80 per person Reservations are available from 5:30 to 11 p.m. Cleo’s savory New Year's Eve menu offers guests' favorite dishes of Chef Danny Elmaleh's acclaimed contemporary Mediterranean cuisine including: hummus with tahini; spicy cigars; vegetable tagine with Castelvetrano olives, almonds, zhoug and couscous; roast lamb; and grilled octopus with celery, potatoes and lemon vinaigrette. For dessert, guests can enjoy sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch, walnut feuilletine and vanilla gelato. New Year's Eve entertainment lineup includes: The Foundry On 31 December, world-famous American rock band Cheap Trick delivers a booming performance inside the resort's state-of-the-art live music venue, The Foundry. Foxtail Nightclub SLS' resident DJ, DJ Hollywood will deliver a dynamic set to the energetic crowd at Foxtail nightclub, ringing in the New Year with a celebratory toast and countdown to 2017.
