Sky Offers Mobile Gambling

LONDON – As reported by Brand Republic: " Sky has unveiled new mobile and broadband services, offering premium subscribers mobile gambling as well as free downloads of films and sports highlights to a PC.

"Sky by Broadband is a free extra, giving subscribers to Sky's movies and/or sports packages access to the corresponding content via the internet. In addition, a Sky One entertainment package is forthcoming this year.

"…The mobile service, Sky by Mobile, is also free for customers who subscribe to two or more premium channels or who have a registered SkyBet account, although mobile network operators will charge their own prices for access and the service is compatible with a restricted range of handsets.

"SkyBet users will be able to place bets and manage their accounts…"
