Singapore wants casinos to promote responsible gaming24 February 2012SINGAPORE -- Pressure is mounting on Singapore's casinos to be more pro-active around responsible gaming, Channel News Asia reported. The Singapore government is actively researching technology that could provide interventions such as "circuit breakers", the report said. Such technology is in place in casinos in some European countries and Australia to try to combat compulsive gambling, Channel News Asia reported. |
