Singapore: Other people's ID used to enter casinos

27 September 2010

SINGAPORE -- Three people have been caught entering Singapore casinos with other people's ID, Channel News Asia reported.

The three attempted to enter Resorts World Sentosa on different dates to avoid paying the entry levy fee, the report said.

A 29-year-old Singaporean male was caught using his mother's driving licence, a 39-year-old permanent resident used another's person's work permit and an excluded problem gambler was found trying to enter with someone else's driving licence, Channel News Asia reported.

All three face court on Tuesday, the report noted.
