Singapore: Govt to stop casinos publishing wins

SINGAPORE -- Casinos will no longer be permitted to reveal jackpot wins under new plans to be introduced by the Singapore government, according to a Today Online report.

The government rationale behind the decision is that casinos do not publicize losses, the report said.

The Singapore authorities are not slow to act on issues concerning casino promotional activities that concern them, Today Online made note.
