Singapore: Foreign workers offered ability to apply for self-exclusion14 February 2011SINGAPORE -- Foreign workers will be able to apply for voluntary self-exclusion from Singapore casinos and their employers are being targeted to let them know this information, Today Online reported. The initiative comes from The National Council on Problem Gaming who had concerns over the addiction risk to low income foreign workers, the report explained. The initiative is targeting employers directly by writing them letters and encouraging them to let their employees know they can apply, Today Online reported. |
