Singapore: Casinos are a winning hand

SINGAPORE -- The incredible success of Singapore's two casino resorts has squashed any suggestion they would not deliver economically, according to Today Online.

Predictions, based on a PricewaterhouseCoopers report are that the two casinos will see revenue double to $5.5 billion next year, the Today Online report explained.

The casinos have also had a strong impact on Singapore's tourism, the report noted.
