Shooting Star Casinos extend closures until further notice31 March 2020(PRESS RELEASE) -- In the best interest of valued guests and team members, Shooting Star Casino has extended the temporary closure of its two locations, Shooting Star Casino, Hotel and Entertainment in Mahnomen and Shooting Star Casino - Bagley. We continue to work in coordination with our White Earth tribal leadership to ensure the health and safety of our community, as we closely monitor the daily developments and guidelines from state and federal resources. During the temporary closure, we have been working toward reopening, as soon as it is safe for our guests and team members to do so. While extending the closure was not an easy decision, the health and safety of our guests and team comes first. Shooting Star prides itself on being a STAR in the community. We must continue to come together as a community to slow the impact of COVID-19. We’ve seen that happen. We’ll continue to see it – and do our part. We thank our guests and team for their overwhelming support during this unprecedented time. Shooting Star has closed its doors for the first time in 28 years, since opening to our guests in May of 1992. Our team will be ready to welcome everyone back the MOMENT we reopen our doors. Together, we’ll get through this. |
