Sheffield Task Group Debate Casino Issues

SHEFFIELD, England – As reported by the Yorkshire Post Today: "An independent task group has been set up to debate the pros and cons of having a regional casino in Sheffield.

"Two months ago Sheffield was put on a shortlist of eight cities with a chance of hosting a Las Vegas-style super casino under Government plans.

"…Now Sheffield First Partnership has been brought in to head an independent forum called the Casino Task Group. It is tasked with debating the practical measures that would need to be put in place should a regional casino be located in Sheffield.

"Chaired by Bishop of Sheffield Jack Nicholls, the task group also includes Sheffield First Partnership director Jane Brown.
