Shares up for Bwin and Betfair14 September 2011GERMANY AND LONDON, England -- Bwin and Betfair shares rose following the news that online gambling has been approved in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, The Guardian reported. Bwin shares rose 10.4pence, Befair shares rose 15pence, while William Hill saw a 5.7pence increase, the report said.
