Andy joins Seminole Hard Rock Tampa with nearly 20 years of gaming and hospitality marketing experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Regional Chief Marketing Officer for Caesars Entertainment, overseeing integrated marketing efforts across the company's eight Las Vegas resort properties. In that role, he refined brand positioning, strengthened customer engagement and delivered measurable business results in one of the world's most competitive gaming and entertainment markets. Throughout his career with Caesars Entertainment, Andy built a reputation for combining strategic discipline with creative innovation, leading high-performing teams, developing differentiated campaigns and elevating guest experiences across local, regional and destination markets. His leadership and approach closely align with the vision for the property and the experience delivered to guests.
