Seminole Casino Coconut Creek on WSOP US Circuit Tour31 May 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- Seminole Casino Coconut Creek and the World Series of Poker (WSOP) will partner to host two events on the 2018-19 WSOP U.S. Circuit schedule. With the first tournament taking place 13-24 September 2018 and the second tournament scheduled for 7-18 February 2019, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will now be the home for both Florida stops during the upcoming WSOP U.S. Circuit season. Coming off a record 133,892 entries, while awarding a record $66,585,658 in prize money this past season, the 2018-19 WSOP season will see more benefits for players, including more starting chips and new price points. The WSOP U.S. Circuit’s 15th season gets underway 2 August and will offer a record 28 stops, all linked by a points system tied to the WSOP gold-bracelet awarding, $1 million-plus prize pool and season-culminating Global Casino Championship. |
