Second Mega-Casino Planned for London

LONDON, United Kingdom – As reported by the Singapore Strait Times: "A second mega casino is being planned for London, a venture which would really start the ball rolling to make the city the Las Vegas-style gambling capital of Europe.

"Bosses of the famous Caesars Palace in Las Vegas want to build a mammoth casino alongside Wembley Stadium now under construction and scheduled for opening in two years' time.

"…A senior official of Caesars Entertainment, which owns five casinos in Las Vegas and 23 other major gambling venues and resorts, told The Straits Times: 'We see Wembley as the ideal site for our style of super-lavish, super-luxurious casino.

"…The plan for mega casinos in London and other British cities was made possible after the government decided to reform gambling regulations to permit huge complexes with million-pound slot machine jackpots and other gambling facilities…"
