SEC wants Wynn Macau University donation details13 February 2012MACAO -- The SEC is conducting an informal inquiry into Wynn Resorts donation to the University of Macau, Reuters reported. The inquiry may have been prompted by the current lawsuit launched by shareholder Kazuo Okada against Wynn Resorts, the report said. The lawsuit alleges the company denied Okada financial information about the donation, Reuters reported. Mr Okada has objected to the donation on several fronts, the report made note.
