Saratoga Meet Handle Up

NEW YORK – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "Despite near-daily rain over the first 18 days of the 36-day Saratoga Race Course meet, on-track handle has increased 13% and total handle is up 3.9%, putting the Spa on course for another North American record, New York Racing Association Senior Vice President Bill Nader said.

"Attendance also has increased 1.2%, to 519,341, which is 6,316 ahead of last year's 18-day pace…"
