SAHARA Las Vegas to expand restaurant hours12 June 2020(PRESS RELEASE) -- SAHARA Las Vegas has announced increased hours of operation for on-property dining venues. Meeting popular demand, the resort-casino has expanded hours for its top culinary destinations including Northside Café & Chinese Kitchen, Uno Más and Bazaar Meat by José Andrés. Northside Café & Chinese Kitchen is now open for breakfast starting at 8 a.m. The home-style kitchen is serving up generous portions of authentic Chinese cuisine in a casual vibrant setting daily for guests to savor. Lunch and dinner service are also available from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily. Fast-casual Mexican concept Uno Más will resume operations on Friday, 19 June and offer authentic, traditional Mexican dishes with a modern twist from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. daily. Menu highlights include street tacos featuring pan-roasted shrimp, carne asada, al pastor, lengua, fish and beer, beer-braised short rib, carnitas, crispy pollo, lamb, and vegetarian options like queso a la plancha and cactus, all served in hand-crafted tortillas made fresh daily. José Andrés’ inventive interpretation of a steakhouse, Bazaar Meat at SAHARA Las Vegas, will expand hours of operation to include Sunday dinner service beginning Sunday, 21 June. The acclaimed restaurant features a prix-fixe summer menu for $99 along with a tasting menu of The Classics for $125. The restaurant currently offers dinner service on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. For a limited time, SAHARA Las Vegas is featuring a special dine-and-stay offer. Book a Friday-Saturday, two-night stay in one of the resort’s Marra King suites and receive dinner for two at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés. For $379 (plus taxes), guests can enjoy the limited edition $99 summer menu for two, while for $419 (plus taxes), they can savor the $125 The Classics menu for two. These special package offers are valid on reservations made between now and Tuesday, 25 August. |
