SAHARA Las Vegas rings in 2020 with party packages10 December 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Ring in 2020 in style at SAHARA Las Vegas, which is offering an exciting assortment of party packages, live entertainment and specialty menus to celebrate the new year. Experience an evening of excitement and indulgence at Bella Bistro, CASBAR Lounge and Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, where guests can usher in the new decade with a night of divine decadence. Bella Bistro is offering a special party package featuring bottomless premium champagne, plus specialty cocktails and an all-you-can-eat assortment of antipasto, pizza, seafood, passed canapes and more. With music by DJ Sinatra, Bella Bistro is the destination to toast to the new year. Bella Bistro’s New Year’s Eve celebration will take place from 8 to 11 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended and available for $99 per person. The stylish 24-hour lounge will offer $13 specialty cocktails including the Midnight Mule (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Solerno, lime juice and ginger beer), Foresight is 2020 (Plymouth Gin, Giffard apricot liqueur, dry vermouth, lavender syrup and egg white) and the New Year Fashioned (Knob Creek Bourbon Whiskey, Tippleman’s Barrel Smoked Maple Syrup, angostura and orange bitters), along with a Wild Tonic Hard Kombucha available for $5. At Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, guests can savor a New Year’s Eve tasting menu for $275 per person. The menu of select fare starts with Cotton Candy Foie Gras with crispy amaranth; “Jose’s Taco” with Iberico de bellota ham, sturgeon caviar and gold leaf; Kona Abalone with dashi gel, lemon cream, soy and trout roe; and, Geoduck with coconut cream, soy yuzu and lime. Then, dive into dishes including The Classic Tartare with Mindful Meats beef sirloin, Parker House rolls and egg yolk; Bison, Buffalo-Style with compressed celery, blue cheese and buffalo wing sauce; and, “Beefsteak” Tomato Tartare with tomato, black olive and romaine leaves. Follow with savory dishes including the Tasting of Wagyu Beef grilled tableside on an ishiyaki stone served with soy and fresh wasabi; Lucia’s Salad, an endive Caesar salad with parmesan and Don Bocarte anchovies; and, “Honey, I burnt the Onion” with super-concentrated onion, wagyu liver, bacon, potato and cheddar. Then, enjoy Leg of Suckling Lamb with Ensalada mixta; Setas al Ajillo, button mushrooms with garlic, onion puree and nasturtium; Buttered Potato Puree; Grilled Asparagus with Romesco Sauce; and, Leeks a la Brasa. Save room for assorted desserts including cream puffs, eclairs, little cakes and assorted tarts. The New Year’s Eve tasting menu will be available from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended. |
