SAHARA Las Vegas announces Valentine's Day specials24 January 2020(PRESS RELEASE) -- Make a connection this Valentine’s Day at SAHARA Las Vegas. The iconic resort and casino is celebrating the day of love with a throwback Valentine’s Party, special menus at Bella Bistro and Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, romantic offerings at Amina Spa and incredible room rates. Love is in the air, or, it can be! SAHARA Las Vegas, in conjunction with Mastermind Collective, Everything ‘80s Meetup, Mickie Choi Events, Tempo Entertainment, and VegasLife, will host a special ‘80s and 90s-themed “Love Valentine’s Party” for revelers. From Cupid to the Queen of Hearts and Sensual Angels, costumes are encouraged. In true stop-light party fashion, guests will be provided with a wristband upon entry to designate their relationship status – red = taken, yellow = it’s complicated and green = single. Table reservations are available. Early bird tickets are available for $10 until Saturday, Feb. 1, after which pre-sale tickets can be purchased for $15. $20 admission will be available at the door. For $55 per person and a $15 optional wine pairing, Bella Bistro will offer a delectable prix-fixe, three-course meal to celebrate the romantic occasion. First course selections include baby beets served with goat cheese fondue, winter citrus, hazelnut and frisee or creamy parsnip soup served with truffled duck rillette, toasted brioche and parsnip chips. As an entrée, savor a choice of tagliatelli frutti di mare with shrimp, clams, white fish and snow crab in a white wine sauce or slow-braised short rib with creamy sage polenta, baby vegetables, natural jus and crispy onion. For dessert, enjoy a dark chocolate tart with cherry compote, white chocolate mousse, ruby chocolate ice cream and cherry sauce. At Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, lovers can experience a multi-course menu of culinary delights for $165 per person including burrata cheese, croquetas de jamón, Kobe airbread, beet and citrus salad, 63-degree egg and Vittore Carpaccio 2020. Additional fare includes monkfish escabeche en fata, lamb shawarma, Josper-roasted partridge, Robouchon potatoes, setas ajilio and pamplinas salad. For dessert, sample something sweet with an assortment of cream puffs, eclairs, little cakes and tarts. Stop by CASBAR Lounge on Friday, 14 February for a $5 Moonstruck Martini with premium vodka and strawberry. From Friday, 14 February through Sunday, 16 February, guests are invited to relax lavishly at Amina Spa, where they will receive a chocolate-covered strawberry and mini bottle of champagne with the purchase of a couple’s treatment.
