Located at the start of the legendary Las Vegas Strip, the iconic resort-casino, which is currently undergoing a more than $150 million renovation, is home to world-class restaurants, high-end lounges and bars, and new nightlife and entertainment experiences. Bazaar Meat by José Andrés Bazaar Meat by José Andrés inside SAHARA Las Vegas takes guests through a wild and wonderful celebration of the carnivorous conceived by the James Beard award-winning chef. Bazaar Meat, named “Best Restaurant in Nevada” by Business Insider, features an expansive dining room, open kitchen, raw bar and fire pit, combining exceptional ingredients and impeccable technique to bring out the best in each cut. Bazaar Meat is open nightly.
Beers And Bets provides the perfect place to watch the game combined with the best burgers, wings and other game-time favorites including an extensive craft beer selection at the Strip-side outdoor Beer Garden. The William Hill Sports Book and multiple high-definition screens means diners won’t miss any of the action. Beers And Bets is open daily from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Bella Bistro A stylish, modern restaurant featuring contemporary American cuisine with an Italian influence. This culinary experience provides guests with options including stone oven pizzas, cheese and charcuterie, savory pastas and more. Bella Bistro is open Thursday through Monday.
Uno Más provides a fast-casual dining experience with vibrant flavors wrapped in a colorful, fun, high-energy environment.
