18 August 2005

MINEOLA, New York –- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Kenilworth Systems Corporation (OTC: KENS) ... Andrew Hirko, Senior Vice President, stated that "The Patent Office in Russia has allowed Kenilworth's Patent Application for playing live, in-progress Casino Table Games such as Roulette, Baccarat, Dice and others broadcasting from a casino to terminals in remote locations such as hotels, resorts, homes and public gathering places." This Application corresponds to Kenilworth's U.S. Patent, which was granted in 2003 by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Applications corresponding to the issued U.S. Patent also have been filed in other countries throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Continental Europe has 115 million satellite subscribers compared to 11 million in England, 23 million in the United States and 80 million in Asia. In addition, with rapidly growing digital cable subscribers, the potential market for Roulabette(TM) may increase to 300 million households or business locations throughout the industrialized world.

Roulabette(TM) is a combination of digital satellite and digital cable technology, live casino gaming and interactive TV control systems that will rival virtual Internet gaming.

Kenilworth's technology involves a microprocessor that is incorporated in the television set top box used by the viewer to receive the satellite and digital cable broadcasts. The microprocessor manages the wagering. Deposits and winnings are paid by Lottery Systems which share in the net win revenue.
