Ruling in Rincon's Lawsuit Expected Soon

SAN DIEGO, California – As reported by the NBC San Diego: "A ruling may come as early as Tuesday in a San Diego County tribe's request to block Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's deal with gambling compacts while it mounts a legal challenge.

"The Rincon Band of Luiseno Mission Indians sued the governor on June 9 to challenge his authority to strike deals. The suit argues that the tribe's casino will be hurt by any revised agreements…"
