Ruling delayed in Bayshore casino licensing case30 December 2009ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- A decision to give a gaming license to Bayshore Rebar Inc. has been delayed 45 days by New Jersey casino regulators, according to a report by the Press of Atlantic City. Bayshore seeks permission to work on casino projects, the report stated. At issue appears to be allegations that Bayshore have may have ties to organized crime via a jailed family relative, the Press of Atlantic City reported.
