Riverwind Casino announces '80s spectacular19 December 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Start the New Year off right by buying a ticket to the Totally '80s New Year's Eve Party on 31 December. Wear your best '80s gear and enter to win up to $500 for the best costume. The entertainment continues into January and February. Music and comedy fans will not want to miss out on great shows such as The Oak Ridge Boys, comedian Joel McHale and Foreigner. Guests can also catch local and regional music acts in the River Lounge. Dates and times are listed below. The Showplace Theatre provides audiences with an intimate entertainment experience like none other in the region. The state-of-the-art venue seats 1,500 people. All shows at Showplace Theatre start at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m., unless otherwise noted. He is also best known for his starring role on the hit comedy series Community, which wrapped its sixth season on Yahoo after five seasons on NBC. McHale can most recently be seen on Fox's revival of The X-Files, where he plays a conservative news anchor. He also continues to perform his stand-up act around the country to sold-out audiences.
