Rivers wins Best Casino in Philadelphia 202330 November 2023(PRESS RELEASE) -- For the second year in a row, Rivers Casino Philadelphia was voted "Best Casino in Philadelphia" in the 2023 Metro Philly’s Best program. The award was voted on by the readers of Metro Philadelphia, which has a weekly circulation of 41,000.
