Rivers Casino Schenectady presents Mother's Day brunch8 May 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady is making it easy to treat Mom to the best this Mother's Day, with a sumptuous brunch on Sunday, 14 May from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Rivers Event Center. The brunch includes unlimited access to a smoked seafood display, carving station, crepe station with sweet and savory offerings, and omelets made to order. A variety of salads, sides, soups and entrée specialties are also included. A dessert bar and an array of Villa Italia specialty pastries and cookies will also delight guests. Guests 21 and older will receive a complimentary mimosa or bloody mary. "We had a great response to our Easter Brunch, which was the first brunch seating we held in our Event Center. We're going to be rolling out the red carpet and the best in food, drinks and sweets this Mother's Day to make it easy to treat Mom to the best," said Rivers Casino & Resort General Manager Mary Cheeks. The Event Center and Mother's Day Brunch is open to all ages, however guests must be 21 or older to enter the Rivers Casino & Resort gaming floor. This and all affairs in the Rivers Event Center is catered by the on-site catering team, led by the award-winning Mallozzi Family. Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady features a 50,000-square-foot gaming floor with 1,150 slot machines, 67 gaming tables and 15 poker tables. The floor is attached to a 10,000-square-foot banquet facility capable of hosting more than 900 people for conventions and special events, one of the largest spaces in the region.
