Rivers Casino named one of Pittsburgh's 'Best Places to Work'1 November 2015(PRESS RELEASE) -- For the second year in a row, the Pittsburgh Business Times announced that Rivers Casino has been named one of the “Best Places to Work” in the “Extra Large Company” category. The rankings were announced today during a special reception at the Westin Convention Center Hotel. The complete list of winners is featured in an exclusive supplement of the Pittsburgh Business Times, available now. “Our Team Members are among the best in the business, and our success is a direct result of their efforts day in and day out,” said Craig Clark, general manager of Rivers Casino. “I want to thank our team for voting us among the best and for the enthusiasm and dedication that they bring to Rivers every day.” Published annually by the Pittsburgh Business Times, the “Best Places to Work” program recognizes the top employers in Western Pennsylvania. The winners are determined by scores given to the companies by their own employees through an anonymous survey. The questionnaires are administered by Quantum Workplace, an independent third-party surveying firm. Earlier this year, Rivers Team Members voted their casino one of the city’s “Top Workplaces” in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette rankings. Similar to “Best Places to Work,” the “Top Workplaces” program encourages employees to openly rank their place of business in a voluntary, anonymous survey that is evaluated by a third-party research organization. |
