Rivers Casino hosts hiring event20 May 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Jobs, jobs and more jobs: Rivers Casino will be hosting a Hiring Event on Thursday, 23 May, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Applicants will be welcomed in The Event Center. No appointment is necessary. There is plenty of buzz and new business opportunity at the casino — thanks in part to continued gaming expansion in the Commonwealth, the December 2018 launch of the Rivers Sportsbook and the debut of the 25,000-square-foot Event Center. Available jobs include full- and part-time food and beverage, cashier, and table games dealer positions. Candidates are encouraged to complete an online application and schedule an interview in advance online. It’s also recommended to bring an updated resume, dress in business attire, and arrive with a smile and a positive attitude. “We are in search of full- and part-time Team Members to join the dynamic, fast-paced, expanding casino industry,” said Bill Keena, general manager of Rivers Casino. “At this time, there are many opportunities available, including an incentive program for those interested in becoming a dealer.” Now is the perfect time to get serious about becoming a table games dealer. Rivers Casino’s dealer school at CCAC is offering candidates an opportunity to earn up to $1,200 for attending the program. The six-week session, with varying class times, will pay eligible attendees $10 per hour for their participation. |
