Rivers Casino fined

DES PLAINES, Illinois -- Rivers Casino has been fined $25,000 for allegedly targeting gambling addicts with promotional material and offers, 5 NBC reported.

The casino described the mailings as a mistake, the report said.

People who were on the self declared gambling register were mailed promotional information about the casino, according to the 5 NBC report.
