Rivers Casino announces November entertainment schedule2 November 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- Gear up for the holiday season with a series of exciting events and promotions at Rivers Casino, including the savory Thanksgiving Day Buffet. This November, football season is in full blast as the North Shore's premier destination for gaming offers its Black and Gold Endzone Tailgates with pre-game celebrations, great food and more. Gaming promotions Penguins Shoot for $1 Million — Penguins fans who attend a home game can redeem their game ticket at the Players Club for a chance to qualify for a shot to win $1 million in April 2018. Tickets may be redeemed from 8 a.m. the following day through 72 hours after the start of the game. Guests with a game ticket can play a kiosk game for a chance to qualify for the finale drawing on Saturday, 14 April, among other prizes. Touchdown Tuesdays — All Rush Rewards members can compete for the chance to win their share of $20,000 cash by earning entries into the Touchdown Tuesdays qualifying drawings. Entries can be earned each Tuesday in November for a chance to participate in this month’s finale drawing on Saturday, 25 November. Rivers Reel Slot League — The Rivers Reel Slot League tournament will continue on Tuesday, 14 November. Tournament play will start at 4 p.m. and continues until 7 p.m. Those players who have the top 50 scores will win Free Slot Play, with $1,000 in Free Slot Play awarded to the first place scorer. Pittsburgh Proud — All month long, guests can donate their extra slot vouchers and table chips to the American Red Cross. American Red Cross $10 for $10 Free Slot Play or Match Play — On Thursday, 9 November and Saturday, 11 November, from noon to 8 p.m., guests can donate $10 cash to the American Red Cross and receive $10 Free Slot Play or $10 Match Play. New Member Bring a Friend — All current Rush Rewards members who bring a friend to sign up for a Rush Rewards Players Club Card will receive a free buffet voucher for themselves and for their friend (the voucher will be valid same-day and up to 30 days following sign-up). Guests can participate in the bring a friend promotion once per week, and the new member will have the opportunity to earn 250 same-day points and play the kiosk game to win Free Slot Play, up to $100. Table games Hot Shooters — Each day from noon to 11:59 a.m. the following day, Rush Rewards members will have the chance to win three daily prizes of $100 cash and $100 Match Play, $50 cash and $50 Match Play and $25 cash and $25 Match Play if they have the highest number of rolls in the Craps Pit. Learn to Play — Guests can learn to play Craps, Ultimate Texas Hold'em and Blackjack from 5-6 p.m., Thursday through Saturday. Rush Rewards members will receive two $5 Match Play coupons for each game learned. (Vouchers can only be redeemed once for each game learned throughout 2017.) Football Party Pit — On Thursdays in November, guests will have the chance to win great prizes in the hot seat drawings every 30 minutes, starting at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 1:30 a.m. The Party Pit features $5 craps, blackjack and roulette. On Thursdays throughout the month, guests can earn entries for a chance to win a pair of Pittsburgh hometown professional football tickets. The drawing for the football tickets will be held on Thursday, 30 November at 9 p.m. Poker November High Hands — Rush Rewards members playing at a live, qualifying cash table are eligible to win various amounts of cash prizes. The player who has the highest hand during the specified qualifying period will win the allotted cash prize.
Black and Gold Endzone Tailgate — Come out and cheer on our hometown professional football team during the Black and Gold Endzone Tailgates. Join Rivers Casino and CBS Radio for the pre-game celebration before each home game and enjoy live music, great prizes, food trucks and more. The free fun begins three hours before kickoff. Veterans Day Buffet — On Saturday, 11 November, veterans and active military are invited to enjoy a free Veterans Day brunch in Grand View Buffet. The brunch features mouth-watering selections including honey glazed ham, grilled NY strip steaks, Eggs Benedict, cinnamon bun French toast and other delicious selections. (Guests must present a valid military or veterans ID.) Thanksgiving Day Buffet — Celebrate Thanksgiving Day with Rivers Casino and join us for our Thanksgiving Day feast in Grand View Buffet from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Enjoy savory slow-cooked turkey, prime rib, all the fixings — stuffing and sides — and a slice of pumpkin pie, among other holiday favorites. The buffet costs $24.99, plus tax. LIGHTS OUT (Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons Tribute) — Guests are in for a treat on Saturday, 23 December, when Rivers Casino presents the harmonious sounds of this four part vocal group.
