River Rock Casino Parking Structure Near Completion

5 January 2005

HOUSTON, Texas – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (Amex: UWN) announced the substantial completion of the parking structures at the River Rock Casino in Sonoma County, California.

The first parking structure contains 445 spaces. The second and third parking structures contain an additional 445 and 470 parking spaces, respectively. With the three structures open, the River Rock Casino now offers parking capacity for more than 2,100 self and valet-parked customer vehicles.

President and CEO, H. Thomas Winn commented, "The substantial completion of the parking structures last week achieves a major objective for the River Rock Casino and the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians. The additional parking will allow the River Rock Casino to better serve its large target market."

Nevada Gold owns 69% of Dry Creek Casino, LLC, which assisted the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians with their River Rock Casino, located approximately 75 miles north of San Francisco.
