River Rock Casino Opens Parking Addition

26 July 2004

CALIFORNIA -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) announced the opening today of the first parking structure at the River Rock Casino in Sonoma County, California. The first pod contains 445 parking spaces, all of which will be available in the next few weeks. The second and third pods, scheduled to open in November, will bring total parking spaces to 2,100 self and valet-parked customer vehicles. UWN has 69% ownership of Dry Creek Casino, LLC, which assisted the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians with the casino in the Alexander Valley (about 75 miles north of San Francisco).

President, CEO, H. Thomas Winn commented, "This opening represents a milestone for River Rock and the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians and we at Nevada Gold are glad to see River Rock's expansion plans coming on line within plan. When completed, the three structures will better serve customers and also put the property one step closer to fulfilling what we believe to be its true potential."
