Riu Palace Aruba receives Crystal Apple Award19 September 2008ARUBA -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Tour operator Apple Vacations has awarded Riu Palace Aruba with the Crystal Apple Award 2008 for Best Staff & Service in the Caribbean along with 9 other Riu resorts receiving Golden Apple Awards. The Crystal Apple and Golden Apple awards are given to resorts that earn exceptional marks on nearly 300,000 Apple Vacations Satisfaction Questionnaires. The Crystal Apple Award distinguishes the best of the best in six categories starting with Best Destination. The Golden Apple Award recognizes resorts that receive the highest points on vacation satisfaction. The categories evaluated consist of the staff and service, food quality, accommodations, public zones, beaches, and activities. Riu Palace Aruba has four hundred and fifty rooms, five restaurants, four Bars, and two conference rooms.
