Rhode Island casino revenue-sharing legislation to be introduced this week

PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island -- Legislation will be introduced in the Rhode Island Assembly this week which will detail casino-revenue sharing plans, the Providence Journal reported.

The details of the bill have been hashed out privately and will determine how much casino revenue will be shared with the state, the report said.

Voters will decide on expanding two slot parlors to full casinos in a referendum this November, The Providence Journal reported.
