Rhode Island: Casino question can go on ballot

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, Rhode Island -- Rhode Island can add a gambling expansion question the November ballot, a judge has ruled, the Providence Journal reported.

Voters will now be asked to decide whether two slot parlors can add table games, the report said.
