25 May 2012

PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island -- If voters approve gambling expansion in November the state will receive a table game tax of 18 percent, according to the Providence Journal.

The tax will be based on net revenue, the report explained.

The full bill details were announced yesterday in the state assembly and relate to a proposal for Twin River and Newport Grand expanding to full casinos, the Providence Journal said.
