Revenue tumbles at Ontario casinos7 June 2007ONTARIO -- As reported by the Niagara Falls Review: "Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort should use its Avalon ballroom and hotel to help bring gaming revenue back up at that casino and Casino Niagara, says Ontario Lottery and Gaming spokeswoman Teresa Roncon. "...Revenue at Niagara's casinos dropped 4.1 per cent for the 2006-07 fiscal year compared to the previous year, according to a performance result OLG released Wednesday. Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara brought in combined revenues of $643.7 million between April 2006 and March 31. That's down from the the $670.9 million the casinos took in the previous year..." |
