Revel could reopen within weeks if buyer prevails15 September 2014ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- The Revel Casino Hotel could potentially reopen in a matter of weeks a bankruptcy court heard today, according to a Press of Atlantic City report. The court heard from a lawyer who represents the cash bidder Glenn Straub, the report said. Mr Straub, a Florida real estate developer, who has offered $90 million cash intends that there will continue to be a casino at the Revel but it will not be the main attraction, the Press of Atlantic City report noted. Straub's offer may well kick start other offers on the property, the report said. |
